 Manufacturing Capacity

We are equipped with platen and turret lathe CNCs, plus milling and drilling machines. We can provide a flexible and rapid response to small batch requirements (5-2000), typically in quantities of 50-500. One-off samples can be provided if required.

Details of our main equipment is given below along with an indication of the range of materials which we are able to machine.

Our Equipment

The CNC equipment listed below is supported by full conventional turning, milling, grinding, drilling and brazing facilities.

Production is backed by an inspection function equipped with an extensive range of Mitutoyo measuring, gauging, viewing and recording equipment, including S.P.C. analysis and print-out. In addition, the company has bespoke software which provides a comprehensive computerized job processing system.
